What is Meditation?
What is Meditation? In it’s most basic terms…meditation is any particular path or process that brings the individual to a state of inner awareness of self. Now, with that being said let’s get rid of some stereotypical thoughts of meditation. Meditation is a journey I am still working to quiet my mind during meditation. The secret is finding something that works for you, that will enable you to commit to doing it on a regular basis. There is no one that has the keys to what will work for you…only YOU! This lesson is to give you different techniques for you to unlock the process that works best for you.
